Marie Fishpaw, an experienced leader with White House, Capitol Hill, and business experience, is the director of Domestic Policy Studies at The Heritage Foundation.
In her current role, Marie oversees policy development on health care and welfare issues. She has long advanced conservative strategies for economic and other domestic policy issues. She served as the deputy assistant to Vice President Dick Cheney in the White House and as a senior staff member in the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
Most recently, Marie led multiple product teams at Bloomberg Government, where she built the product from its start-up phase to a scaled multi-million dollar company.Marie has been published in The Daily Signal, National Review, and The Hill.
Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in history and government from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. She lives in Washington, D.C.’s Cleveland Park.
