In recent years, the major questions doctrine has been thought of as an exception to Chevron deference. In Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, the Supreme Court ruled that Chevron deference violated the Administrative Procedure Act. What, then, is the status of the major questions doctrine in the wake of Chevron's demise?
