Tiffany Bates researched and wrote about the courts, judicial nominations, and other constitutional issues as a legal policy analyst in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies.

She co-hosted Heritage’s SCOTUS 101 podcast, breaking down what’s happening at the Supreme Court and what the justices are up to.

She was a regular contributor to The Daily Signal, Heritage’s multimedia news organization.

Bates holds a bachelor’s degree in politics form Hillsdale College. She has a law degree at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as managing editor of the George Mason Law Review and president of the Federalist Society. She also served as executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy (symposium edition).
