Craig Frank was charged by the state with voting twice in the same election after voting in Arkansas and then again in Nevada during the 2016 general election. He pleaded guilty to voting more than once in the same election, a category "D" felony. Frank was sentenced to a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 30 months in prison; the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.

Types of Cases

Criminal Conviction

A finding by a court of law that fraud occurred in an election, including judicial orders overturning election results or ordering a new election due to fraud.

Civil Penalty

Types of Voter Fraud

Fraudulent Use Of Absentee Ballots

Ineligible Voting

Illegal "Assistance" At The Polls

Forcing or intimidating voters—particularly the elderly, disabled, illiterate, and those for whom English is a second language—to vote for particular candidates while supposedly providing them with “assistance.”
