John Peluso is Research Associate in the Thomas A. Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies who focuses on economic philosophy and theory.

Prior to joining Heritage in 2025, Peluso worked for Three Summers Creative as a Database Manager.

John is a graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy/Politics/Law and received an Associates of Arts and Sciences Summa Cum Laude from Raritan Valley Community College. While attending Emory, Peluso graduated from the General Course at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a former Heritage Intern.
