Caroline Kantis is a Communications Manager for Media and Public Relations at the Heritage Foundation, where she handles the messaging for Heritage’s national security and foreign policy priorities. 

Kantis joined the Heritage Foundation after seven years at the Council on Foreign Relations.   

Kantis holds a B.A. in International Affairs and M.A. in National Security, both from the George Washington University.
