Barry Kroeker serves as a Digital Marketing Specialist at the Heritage Foundation. He joined Heritage in April of 2026 after several years of marketing consulting. 

Prior to assuming marketing and desktop publishing roles, he taught music at Penn State for eight years and performed on the oboe with the South Dakota Symphony for two seasons.

Kroeker graduated from Wheaton College (IL) and the Hartt School of Music (University of Hartford) with degrees in music; he received his master's degree in public policy from Regent University in 2002.
