Hannah Labotka is a Social Media Manager for Digital Productions at The Heritage Foundation, where she develops and executes digital content strategies to advance the organization’s messaging and audience engagement.
Before joining Heritage, Labotka served as a Senior Associate in Campaign Data Operations at Crowe LLP, where she advised consulting and markets teams on data strategy, targeting, and campaign execution. In that role, she partnered with marketing and client-facing teams to optimize data capture tools, strengthen CRM utilization, and support targeted outreach initiatives.
Prior to her work at Crowe, Labotka was an Account Manager at Surus Illinois. She oversaw multi-platform digital campaigns, leveraging voter data and analytics to optimize audience targeting and engagement and integrating CRM data with digital workflows to refine messaging and improve campaign performance in real time. In that role, she managed social media strategy and content creation for local Republican grassroots organizations and candidates across the state, while leveraging a robust technology stack, including CRM systems, voter models, and voter file data, to deliver tailored outreach and improve client outcomes. She also advised clients on strategy, fundraising, communications, and campaign operations, building strong stakeholder relationships and aligning execution with client priorities.
Earlier in her career, Labotka served as Director of Marketing and Development at Cardinal Bernardin Montessori Academy. There, she led marketing and admissions initiatives, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and expanded the organization’s digital presence.
Originally from Chicago, Labotka graduated from the Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, with a bachelor’s degree in international relations. She is fluent in Spanish.
