In this conversation, former Trump administration officials David Malpass (President of the World Bank, 2019-2023) and Mitchell Silk (Assistant Secretary for International Markets at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, 2020-2021, and author of infrastructure book, A Seat at the Table) will explore how America can deliver a compelling alternative to Beijing's debt-driven playbook through strategic project selection, sound structuring, transparent procurement, and tapping into deep private-capital markets to accelerate growth in emerging economies.
