Since the revolution of 2011, Libya has suffered from traumatic experiences and severe instability and radicalization that has completely disrupted its path to democracy and led to the present political impasse. This program will provide historical context and detailed current analyses of the Libyan situation and propose ways to stabilize the country and begin the process of peace and reconciliation towards setting the country on a course for democracy and development.
