As an Adviser to the President closely involved with many reforms, Minister Ajmal Ahmady will provide an overview of the recent business reforms in Afghanistan, the initial results of these reforms, the current focus on the export sector and Afghanistan’s expanding trade and regional connectivity with Central Asia, the Gulf, India, China, Europe and potentially North America.

Minister Ahmady will explain in his remarks the role that public-private partnerships can play in stimulating growth, creating jobs and generating revenue which directly impact peace and stability in Afghanistan and the region.
