This Monday, May 31, marks Memorial Day—a time we pause in grateful and somber reflection to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice guarding the freedoms we enjoy. LEARN: Read The Daily Signal article, How You Can Honor the Fallen This Memorial Day, and post it on one or more of your social media accounts using the hashtag #MemorialDay. If you do not use social media, email the article to 5 of your friends.

SHARE: Reach out to any neighborhood Gold Star family (a family that has lost a service member) and share your gratitude and support.

ACT: Visit a war memorial or monument, and discuss the meaning of Memorial Day with your children and grandchildren.

EXTRA CREDIT: Volunteer to place wreaths at the grave sites at your closest national cemetery.
