Mark Meador is a Visiting Fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Tech Policy Center.

Mark Meador has extensive experience in antitrust enforcement from his previous roles at the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division. He also worked as a competition policy expert on Capitol Hill and continues to be a leading voice on competition policy as a partner at the boutique antitrust law firm Kressin Meador LLC. 

Meador served as deputy chief counsel for antitrust and competition policy for U.S. Sen. Mike Lee, ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Antitrust Subcommittee. In this role, Meador helped shape critical antitrust reform bills and provided expert guidance to advance the senator's goal of holding Big Tech accountable to the American people. Prior to his time in the Senate and the Department of Justice, Meador was also an associate in private practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. 

Meador graduated from the University of Chicago and the University of Houston Law Center.
