Shane McCullar has a longstanding record of success in his multi-decade finance, business, and real estate career.

He served in executive-level leadership for McDonald’s Corporation and Rubbermaid Corporation before entering the world of real estate as a broker for more than two decades with Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI), where he now serves as Operating Principal and CEO of KW Metro Center (KWMC). Through his leadership, KW MC is the 5th largest real estate company in the Nation's Capital and the 150th-largest firm in the United States.

He is a former member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Board (NVAR) of Directors, former BOD of the Virginia Association of Realtors (VR), and past Chairman of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee for Virginia. In recognition of his commitment to his profession and incredible achievements, he was inducted into the National Association of Realtors Hall of Fame in 2019.
