Justin Posey, a communications manager for The Heritage Foundation, works with an accomplished team of policy experts in the think tank’s Institute for Economy Freedom and Opportunity.
Posey is responsible for helping develop and execute compelling communication strategies with the goal of effectively advancing Heritage’s conservative economic policy solutions.
Before joining Heritage in 2015, Posey spent three and a half years with the office of Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., where his responsibilities included executive assistant and, later, deputy press secretary.
Posey holds a bachelor of arts degree in communication, with an emphasis on public relations, from the University of Alabama.
He was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and grew up nearby in the small town of Montevallo. He not only is a lifelong Crimson Tide fan, but his middle name, Bryant, honors the University of Alabama’s legendary football coach, Paul “Bear” Bryant.
