On March 4th, 2003, the Media Relations team at The Heritage Foundation, of Khristine Bershers, Chris Kennedy, and Nicole Taylor, scheduled a dozen television appearances, eleven of which were for national shows. This media barrage was a new Heritage record and sets a standard for think tanks nationwide.
