Under the unlawful employment of illegal aliens, there is nothing specific as to enforcement or fines. It is illegal now but as we all know it is a joke since it is not enforced and penalties are not enough to deter major corporate employers. Until and unless this is enforced and stiffly, there will be more illegal immigration. And I might add, once the illegal community becomes legal, they will be demanding better pay (plus employers can't pay them under the table, not having to pay unemployment taxes, etc.) and this may have a detrimental effect on our economy. Either employers will begin hiring illegals again and get by with paying pittance wages under the table with no benefits or our economy will no longer enjoy the cheap labor that is supposedly the reason for our robust economy. Plus we will have all these people demanding participation in our social security program which is already in dire trouble.
