Foreign Aid
While foreign assistance can sometimes assist in promoting economic growth and
development, far more important are a country's economic policies, the
rule of law, and good governance. Rather than focusing on the level of aid,
America should focus its efforts on encouraging developing countries to adopt
policies conducive to economic growth and development.
