Ambassador Terry Miller
Terry Miller is the Director of the Center for International Trade and Economics (CITE) at The Heritage Foundation. Miller directs the center's ongoing research into the role of free markets and international trade in fostering economic growth around the world. The center's signature publication in this area is the annual Index of Economic Freedom, a country-by-country guide co-published with The Wall Street Journal.
Miller did both his undergraduate studies in government and his graduate studies in economics at the University of Texas in Austin.
