The 9/11 Commission made the case that state driver's licenses need to become a more secure cre¬dential.  Congress acted – twice, passing laws to establish national standards to secure ID cards.  Yet even with the general support backing the REAL ID program, numerous efforts have been made this past year to stop implementation across the country.  Join us as a panel of experts discusses the new way forward for implementing REAL ID in 2008.
