Read the original report, "New Obamacare Enrollment Data: Employer-Based Coverage Declines," by Edmund F. Haislmaier, Drew Gonshorowski.
During the six months from October 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014, the decline in employer-sponsored coverage offset 77 percent of the exansion in individual market coverage. Consequently, total private health insurance enrollment during the period increased by a net of only 520,000 individuals.
