Recorded on June 8, 2006

Location: The Heritage Foundation's Van Andel Center

Consumers in Anaheim, California will soon be enjoying a choice in video providers. Thanks to advances in digital technology, video service can now be transmitted via phone lines. In March, the city government approved AT&T's request to offer such service, the first in California to do so. Relief the way, however, as Congress considers this month legislation to expedite TV choice.

Join us as our panelists examine and assess the politics and economics of cable competition.
