Immigration Agents Sue To Do Their Jobs

Behind the scenes, the Obama Administration is welcoming about 1.7-million people here illegally to apply for permission to stay in the U.S.

Immigration agents are being told not to do their jobs, because federal law charges them with arresting those not here legally. Several, including the head of the agents' labor union, are suing Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to let them do their jobs.

Still another official is also suing Napolitano, complaining he cannot do his job because the Secretary treats men unfairly while she favors an inner circle of females.

While Democrats claim Republicans have a war against women, he sees it as a war against men by a key Democrat.

Whether it's illegal immigration or sexual discrimination, Homeland Security seems to have a problem obeying our laws.
