A Post-Election Analysis: The Future of the Constitution in a New Administration

Co-hosted by the American Enterprise Institute

Both of the major parties agree that this is a crossroads election, but some implications of the vote may not be immediately apparent. So once the people have spoken . . . it’s time to analyze the results. Our panelists will provide their unique insights on how the results likely will be translated into policy and action in the aftermath of what promises to be an historic election. What do the results mean for our constitutional republic? What can we expect for our foreign policy posture? How will the results affect the economy and jobs? What judges, including the next Supreme Court Justices, might be nominated in the next presidential term? Join us as these questions and more are explored by two legal heavyweights and two major political commentators.
