2014 is a crucial year for our country. This fall the American people will go to the polls and choose between two vastly different visions for the future. The Left offers more of the same: managed decline and the further Europeanization of our nation. Conservatives, on the other hand, have a positive agenda that can restore economic vitality, renew the American Dream and equip individuals and communities to achieve happiness and prosperity.
Many conservative reformers are leading through action. On February 10, Heritage Action for America will bring nine of them together at the 2014 Conservative Policy Summit. This event is designed to highlight the bills these conservative leaders have introduced and show what a bold, forward-looking conservative reform agenda looks like. Each discussion will include a leading Member of Congress, thought-leaders from the conservative movement, and an issue expert from The Heritage Foundation.
The day will conclude with an evening reception to meet conservative Members of Congress, Heritage policy experts, and other prominent conservative scholars as they prepare for the legislative year ahead.
The Conservative Policy Summit will clearly differentiate the conservative vision from the status quo.
