This video is no longer available online.

Fidel Ramos, 12th President of the Philippines (1992-1998) and Chairman of the Ramos Peace and Development Foundation, is the Philippines greatest living statesman and a strong advocate of the U.S.-Philippines alliance. In this, its 60th anniversary year, the alliance has never been more relevant. President Ramos is the perfect guest to speak to its enduring value, history, current context, and future.
