Remarkable progress has been made in the security situation in Iraq over the past year due to the surge in U.S. troops and adoption of a new counterinsurgency strategy.  General Odierno, who has just finished a tour as the second in command of all U.S. and coalition troops in Iraq, will share his insights about the complex situation in Iraq, recent trends in the conflict there, and prospects for the future.
