Heritage Foundation Leadership for America

Teri O'Neill Ruddy concentrates on marketing The Heritage Foundation's principles and policy prescriptions to state think tanks, state and local officials, and other conservative organizations.

As Deputy Director of Heritage's Coalition Relations Department, Ruddy works with the director to identify and implement partnerships that will advance Heritage's priority issues, with natural as well as unexpected allies.

Before joining Heritage in 1989, Ruddy worked as a Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Information Agency in West Africa and as a French teacher. She holds a bachelor's degree in French from the College of New Rochelle and has pursued graduate studies at Laval University in Quebec.
