Randy John Cestone is responsible for communicating the mission of The Heritage Foundation -- and its effectiveness in promoting conservative values -- to members and prospective members living in California and Arizona.
Before joining Heritage in 2012 as manager of major gift planning, Cestone sold medical devices for leading companies such as Philips Medical and Sage Products, developing expertise in equipment related to interventional cardiology, radiology, neonatology and pediatrics. He previously worked for PepsiCo Inc., where he was responsible for sales operations in a $100 million territory.
Cestone served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, obtaining the rank of captain before his honorable discharge. He was assigned to infantry, cavalry and Special Forces units stateside, as well as in Hawaii, Japan and Australia. He is Airborne and Ranger qualified.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Chapman University in Orange, Calif.
Cestone and his wife, Nicole, have three children and currently reside in San Juan Capistrano, Calif.
