Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President
The Executive Assistant is responsible for all administrative support for the Senior Vice President. This includes managing the Senior Vice President’s schedule, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring that the entire office is well organized, adequately resourced, and prepared to carry out its daily tasks. Assists departmental staff in coordinating activities with the Senior Vice President.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years administrative experience, including experience in support of senior leaders.
Skills:
- Mastery of English language and composition.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Understand and support the Heritage mission and vision for America, and the department's goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of Heritage and its activities preferred.
- Attention to detail.
