The Young Leaders Program mission is to develop, train and equip young leaders to carry on our Vision for America. We strive to prepare them to influence and promote policies based on free enterprise, limited government, traditional American values, and a stong national defense, whether their role is working in government or in the private sector.

The Young Leaders Program is comprised of The Heritage Foundation Job Bank, the Internship Program, Training and Leadership Seminars, Young President's Club and Young Leadership Network, and the Alumni Program.
