Responsible for understanding and communicating the conservative message and ideas to donors in a way that will build stronger relationships and increase Heritage donations. Write thank you letters, comment mail, basic proposals, and create original reports to donors of funded projects. When applying for the position, please send your resume and writing samples.

Education:
B.A. in English, or related degree. Graduate degree preferred.

Experience:
Established writer with at least 3-5 years of experience; experience in fundraising and or journalism preferred.

Computers:
MS Office, Outlook, proficient in Word; knowledge of databases (Raiser’s Edge) and Excel useful.
