full image		 Grateful Iraqi's bid a tearful farewell to, David Baty, who created their new prosthetic hands, with which they proudly waved goodbye. The Iraqi's will be returning to their newly freed homeland after having spent six weeks in the United States. They spent their final moments with Baty at The Heritage Foundation.
