Historian James Corum and Marine Corps War College professor Wray Johnson will discuss their new book, Airpower in Small Wars: Fighting Insurgents and Terrorists (University Press of Kansas). This book draws lessons from history for insights on how to make the U.S. Air Force a better instrument for supporting the global war on terrorism.
