Every four years, the Department of Defense, as required by law, conducts a review of its forces, resources, and programs and presents the findings of their Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) to the President and the Congress. The QDR is instrumental in shaping budgets, strategy, and force structure. In addition to reviewing primary principles guiding the QDR, our speakers will discuss the role America’s allies will play in shaping strategy regarding the War on Terror, Iraq, nonproliferation, and international security in general.
