The U.S House of Representatives passed – by a narrow margin – an historic energy bill that most notably includes a cap-and-trade program to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and other greenhouse gases.  Multiple organizations have looked at the economic implications of the bill’s approach and come away with varied results.  Join us for a panel with representatives from six of these organizations to hear how they derived their results.
