The Soviet Story tells the story of the Soviet regime and how the Soviet Union – an Allied power at the time – helped Nazi Germany instigate the Holocaust as well as the slaughter of its own people on an industrial scale.

Filmed over a two-year period in Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, France, Germany, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, The Soviet Story

a story of pain, injustice and realpolitik – presents a unique insight into recent Soviet history, told by people, once Soviet citizens, who have firsthand knowledge of it.

Soviet Story is the most powerful  antidote yet to the sanitization of the past.  The film is gripping, audacious and uncompromising.
