The entire political scene on Taiwan has changed dramatically over the last few months. Dr. Tsai Ing-wen, the Chairwoman of Taiwan’s Democratic Progressive Party, a former Vice Premier as well as former head of Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council, will speak to these changes and developments.
