Erica Little is a legal Policy Analyst at The Heritage Foundation's Center for Legal and Judicial Studies.

Before coming to Heritage, Little was a Witherspoon Fellow at the Family Research Council in 2003 and participated in the Blackstone Legal Fellowship program with the Alliance Defense Fund in 2005. In addition, she spent a semester with the Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Property Rights during the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Samuel Alito.

Little graduated cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles with a bachelor's degree in both history and political science. She received her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law where she wrote on the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
