Information Technology is a team of professionals that includes PC Support and training, network management, Internet outreach and database applications. It oversees the technology and Internet infrastructure of the organization.

Information Technology is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of new technologies to further communicate the overall message of the Heritage organization to Capitol Hill, policy organizations and Heritage supporters. It also include managing technology to effectively advance the organization's research and policy studies.
